Tina Ullmann

Owner, CEO , Fractional HR Executive

Tina Ullmann is a Strategic HR Advisor with over 25 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations through high-impact people strategy. As the founder of Vireo HR Advisory, she supports CEOs and executive teams in aligning vision and values with the systems, leadership capabilities, and executional structures needed to scale sustainably.

 

Her expertise spans organizational design, leadership enablement, and strategic advisory across industries including retail, healthcare, hospitality, and energy. Tina’s approach combines real-time interviews, capability assessments, and talent insights to uncover barriers, activate leadership, and build people operations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

 

Prior to founding Vireo, she served as a senior HR executive and program leader for initiatives such as a Harvard Leadership Program, where she coached over 60 leaders and supported the development of over 150 VPs. Today, she brings that same rigor and strategic clarity to growing businesses navigating change, growth, and complexity.
